Tony Alford

For more than 20 years, Tony Alford has worked to provide businesses a range of insurance products and employee benefits packages and was an original founder of the firm that has grown to become Alford, Staples, Lapeyre and Robichaux. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Tony is very active in the community of Terrebonne Parish, serving in leadership roles with the Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District, South Central Industrial Association and Concerned Citizens for the Community. He is also a member of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce.


Ken Staples

Ken has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years and specializes in employee benefit planning. He is one of the original founders of the firm that became ASLR. Ken is also a member of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce and SCIA.


Chris Lapeyre

Christian D. Lapeyre has been in the employee benefits business for the past 12 years. Chris has built a very large block of business in the group benefits arena. He is currently studying for his RHU designation. Chris graduated from Nicholls State University in 1994 and was named New Orleans Rookie of the Year by the Benefits Agents and Managers Association. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and Louisiana Association of Health Underwriters. Civic and professional memberships include: the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, SCIA, Lafourche Chamber, Houma-Rotary Club, Nicholls State University Foundation, past Vice President of the NSU Alumni Federation and Board of Directors of the local CCA chapter.


Eldridge Robichaux, MBA, CLU, RHU

Eldridge Robichaux has 20 years of experience in business insurance planning and is a Chartered Life Underwriter as well as a Registered Health Underwriter. He holds a Masters in Business Administration. Eldridge is proud to offer his clients a variety of management services, including employee benefits planning and benefits packages, insurance, and financial services. In addition, he provides advanced business planning services and products dealing with deferred compensation, business continuation and key person insurance.
