I sat at home all day Saturday waiting and never received the call. It turns out the guy was off those 2 days. Seems like an easy thing to check and an unacceptable error when you are trying to fix an upset customer's issue. I finally get a call from the top guy and we run through pretty much the same info and same troubleshooting again.
